How do we do this?
We put YOU at the centre of all treatment planning. We work with you to give choices, guidance and autonomy in your treatment. We specialize in Trauma and Addictions Therapy, our community of therapists and wellness practitioners, work with a variety of modalities to support change in body, mind and spirit.
Our NWC/ TULA family focuses on a trauma informed, anti-oppressive approach. We incorporate the foundations of Human Rights and Equity with the benefits of Mindful practise, Buddhist philosophy and whole-body wellness to ensure your experience is one of being heard and seen.
TULA Wellness Centre is dedicated to partnering with you in balanced living.

Mind + Body + Spirit
Well mind, well body, balanced life
The interconnection between your body, mind and environment is essential to wellness.
We believe that healing is most fully served through a holistic approach; supporting the whole person, not just their mental health needs consider with equal consideration for ones physical, emotional, social and spiritual well-being.
Each person will have a different experience of trauma and addictions. A path to recovery will be influences by their age, gender, culture, heritage, language, faith, sexual and gender identity, relationship status, life experience and beliefs. A holistic approach focuses on a person’s whole wellness, not just their illness or condition or most recent symptom.
Our NWC/ TULA Community includes;
- Mental Health Therapists
- Nutritionists,
- Naturopaths,
- Ayurvedic Practitioners, and
- Yoga and Meditation Teachers.
Finding balance for today and tomorrow.
